The first 24-month capacity-building itinerary has as its main strategic target the professional and managerial level work areas and as its operational target innovative train-the-trainer actions with the intention of accelerating organizational transformation in a “sustainable” sense, triggering further processes of cultural and creative innovation both sectoral and multidisciplinary.
Participation and collaboration in the activity phases of “Accelerating Sustainability” is enhanced through the re-construction of activities carried out as a collaborative mixed training path.
At the end of the pathway, a certificate of participation will be issued and you may be eligible for an Erasmus VET – Learner mobility grant, according to Erasmus+ rules, National Agency requirements and TUCEP calls for proposals
With Transnational Excellence, which will conclude its work in the autumn, the aim is to connect groups working in the cultural and creative sector also outside Italy in order to establish or re-establish a dialogue on practices, models and prespectives of ‘green’ culture and creativity.
The challenge is to accompany the working paths of the groups, stimulating the development of ideas by transforming them into a community of talents capable of developing shared, innovative and inclusive design. The processes and actions activated will be taken up and further developed in the “Accelerating Sustainability” work plan.
Participation and collaboration in the activity phases of “Transnational Excellence” is enhanced through the re-construction of the activities carried out as a collaborative blended learning pathway.
